What properties qualify for USDA financing in Washington?

USDA eligible properties in Washington must be located in a USDA-designated rural area, used as a primary residence, and meet minimum USDA property standards. Single-family homes are the primary qualifying property type. Manufactured homes on permanent foundations may qualify in some cases. The property address, not just the county, determines USDA eligibility — use the USDA property eligibility map or ask your lender to check a specific address.
