What are the best markets for DSCR investment loans in Washington State?

In Washington, DSCR loans pencil best in markets where rent-to-purchase price ratios are strongest. Tacoma, Spokane, Federal Way, Lakewood, Bremerton, and Yakima consistently show favorable DSCR ratios for long-term rentals. The Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Richland, Pasco) offer strong rental demand relative to home prices. Seattle and Bellevue can work in duplex/triplex configurations or furnished mid-term rentals, where rents are high enough to offset purchase prices. STR (short-term rental) deals tend to work in destination markets like Chelan and Leavenworth.
